Who This Group Is For

This group is open to mental health therapists at all levels of practice, including pre-licensed clinicians, early-career therapists, and fully licensed providers who are committed to providing high-quality clinical services. The group currently meets 1x per month, virtually. The group is for professionals in good standing with their state board, only. The Peer Supervision Group at Mindful Moon Counseling is a closed, collaborative consultation group designed for mental health therapists who value ongoing learning, clinical excellence, and professional community. This group offers a structured space for reflective discussion, shared knowledge, and ethical collaboration, including the thoughtful exchange of client referrals.  

Important Clarification: This peer supervision group does not count toward clinical supervision or licensure hours. A required introductory meeting is necessary prior to joining to ensure alignment, group fit, and shared expectations.

Group Purpose & Focus

  • Strengthen clinical thinking and case conceptualization

  • Support neurodiversity-affirming and ethically grounded practice

  • Reduce professional isolation through peer connection

  • Foster a trusted professional network for collaboration and referrals

What to Expect

  • Structured peer consultation and case discussion (de-identified)

  • Reflective feedback from colleagues at varied stages of licensure

  • Resource sharing and collective problem-solving

  • Facilitated group process to maintain focus, safety, and boundaries

Group Structure & Logistics

  • Format: Closed peer supervision group

  • Schedule: Meets once per month, on the second Wednesday of each month at 1:00 PM

  • Fee: $30 per group session

  • Facilitator: Mindful Moon Counseling

  • Confidentiality: Participation requires adherence to group confidentiality and ethical guidelines
