VIRTUAL PEER SUPERVISION GROUP & COMMUNITY
Who This Group Is For
This group is open to mental health therapists at all levels of practice, including pre-licensed clinicians, early-career therapists, and fully licensed providers who are committed to providing high-quality clinical services and ongoing professional development. The group meets once per month, virtually, and is offered exclusively to professionals in good standing with their respective state licensure boards.
The Peer Supervision Group at Mindful Moon Counseling is a closed, collaborative consultation group designed for mental health therapists who value continued learning, clinical excellence, and professional community. The group provides a structured space for reflective discussion, shared clinical knowledge, ethical collaboration, and, when appropriate, the thoughtful exchange of client referrals. A core aim of this group is to expand educational experiences, clinical insight, and accessible professional resources for women therapists, with an emphasis on strengthening confidence, competence, and sustainability in clinical practice.
This group is intentionally facilitated as a safe, respectful, and affirming space that welcomes LGBTQ+ clinicians and supports inclusivity across identities, lived experiences, and perspectives. The group is grounded in mutual respect, openness, and a shared dedication to ethical, culturally responsive, and identity-affirming care. Please note: This peer supervision group does not count toward clinical supervision or licensure hours. A required introductory meeting is necessary prior to joining to ensure alignment, appropriate group fit, and shared expectations.
